Check how often you send messages, how often the location updates, and whether other applications are running. If you use the watch intensively, the battery may last less than a day.

Try different charging methods, clean the connectors, or use another charging cable. If that doesn't help, fill out the complaint form.

How do I file a complaint about the watch?

If you need to return a watch, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@findeekids.com and we will try to resolve the issue online so you don't have to send the goods back.

  2. If the problem persists, send the watch to our address:
    TLV s.r.o., Pitterova 1026/8, 130 00 Prague - Žižkov

  3. Please include a completed return form with the package, which you can find here: Findee Kids Return Form.

  4. As soon as we receive the watch, we will process the return as quickly as possible and inform you of the next steps.
